Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development

Bill Bryan is Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development for CSSR, and in charge of internal operations, to include staff professional development. Neslon Beaudoin
School Change Coach

Nelson Beaudoin is a school coach at CSSR and a recently retired high school principal. He is a 37-year educator who is a strong advocate for students. He has led two high schools through successful Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration grants. Student participation, citizenship and leadership were used as a leverage points in both schools to advance reform initiatives linked to Maine's high school restructuring movement. Ryan D. Champeau, Ph.D.

Ryan Champeau is a School Change Coach with CSSR. As a member of the NASSP High School Task Force, in collaboration with a research team from the Education Alliance at Brown University, Dr. Champeau was a member of the team that framed the high school improvement publication, Breaking Ranks II, published in February, 2004 and distributed to every high school principal in the US through a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Dave Cirillo is president and founder of Cirillo Consulting, of Boston, MA and serves as a School Change Coach for CSSR. Cirillo Consulting specializes in executive and management training and development, employee and customer satisfaction research, and change management. Arnold Clayton, Ph.D.
School Change Coach

Arnold Clayton, Ph.D. is a school change coach with CSSR and comes to the center with 32 years experience working at Cambridge Rindge & Latin High School (CRLS) in Cambridge, MA with immigrant youth and their families as teacher and administrator. Arnie taught social studies and history courses in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Also, Arnie is the founding director of the CRLS International Student and Family Center.

Billie Donegan is a lead school change coach and professional development provider at CSSR. Billie was on the original Vision Team for South Grand Prairie High School’s whole-school reform dividing the school into five wall-to-wall career academies, and worked closely with the implementation plan and process for five years in various capacities. In 1999/2000, South Grand Prairie High School was selected as a New American High School. Richard Dubuisson

Richard Dubuisson is a school change coach with CSSR, and comes to the center with more than 13 years of experience in education, training and facilitation with K-16 students, teachers, administrators, corporate end users, and upper level management personnel. Anna Fazekas
School Change Coach

Anna Fazekas is a school change coach at CSSR and a former Freshman Academy Coordinator. Anna created and led a successful Freshman Academy in which she designed and implemented a Freshman Seminar course. Under her leadership, the school’s Freshman On-Track Rate doubled in only two years. Anna’s additional teaching experiences are Environmental Science and Biology.

Tony Ferreira
Senior School Change Coach

Tony Ferreira has over two decades experience as a secondary school principal in southeastern Massachusetts. He served as principal of the Dorothy Beckwith Middle School for 16 years and for five years he was principal of the Douglas Junior Senior High School. Richard (Dick) Kraemer
Senior School Change Coach

Richard Kraemer is a school change coach with CSSR. Dick has been an educator for 41 years, during which time he has been in charge of three high schools, two in New York State and one in Vermont. He has been very successful in creating change for the better as a principal of two large and one small high school, as well as in his physics classroom before he entered administration. He was highly instrumental in making Fox Lane High School in Bedford, NY a Blue Ribbon High School of Excellence.

Meg Maccini

Meg Maccini is a school change coach with CSSR and most recently served as the Head of School of The Boston Day and Evening Academy (BDEA) from July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2008. Prior to her appointment as Head of School of BDEA, she served as Associate Director of the Boston Evening Academy from 1997-2001. Jason Midwood is Director of Quality Assurance & Director of Student Involvement Programs for CSSR. Jay is responsible for developing and promoting the voice and image of the constantly expanding national technical assistance center. Director for Performance-Based Assessment Best Practices

Larry Myatt is the Director for Performance-Based Assessment Best Practices for CSSR and has been deeply engaged in education reform, leadership development and school redesign for over thirty years. Dr. Myatt was the Founder of Fenway High School in Boston, a pioneer in the small schools movement, and was its Headmaster for twenty years before accepting an assignment to advise Boston's High School Renewal Initiative. He was a key member of the High School Renewal Team and the HSR-Parthenon Group Off-Track Study.

Mike Nast is a school change coach with CSSR. Michael previously served as superintendent in Stamford, CT, an urban district with 17,000 students, for six and a half years. Cally Robyn Wolk
Director of Media Services

Cally Robyn Wolk is Director of Media Services at CSSR. She uses a variety of media tools to produce an array of products for CSSR. After eight years as the Director of Public Engagement for the Big Picture Company in Providence, Rhode Island, Cally started MediaPalette.com in 2003. Since then, she has done work for numerous organizations in New England and across the country.
