The Center for Secondary School Redesign & The
National Association of Secondary School Principals invite you to join
us for the Breaking Ranks™ 2008 Secondary School Showcase in beautiful
San Diego, CA on
February 4 & 5, 2008.
More than 25 schools will present their stories of successful
implementation of Breaking Ranks II™
and Breaking Ranks in the Middle™
strategies and techniques. Presentations will focus on relevant and
critical issues in
education today and the challenges and techniques used in the secondary
school redesign process. Participants will walk away motivated to
begin, continue, or change the current direction of the redesign process
in their
own schools.
This unique and highly informative national showcase features both
teachers and students from some of the nation's top secondary schools.
More than 15 high schools and 10 middle schools will present their own
stories of successful implementation of Breaking Ranks II™
and Breaking Ranks in the Middle™
strategies and techniques.
After this personal and informative two-day showcase, participants will
walk away motivated to begin, continue, or change the current direction
of the redesign process in their own school. Secondary school
administrators are
greatly encouraged to bring teams of five or more colleagues with them,
as each will take part in a different presentation topic. All
presentations will focus on relevant and critical issues in education
today, and the
challenges and techniques used in the secondary school redesign process.
The showcase is designed to bring educators from different backgrounds
together and share their programs of success.

Should Attend: All secondary school administrators,
teachers, students,
team leaders, and anyone who is
passionate about student success!
Registration Fee: $385.00 per person.

discounted rate of $345.00 per person for teams of five (5) or more
educators from the same school

who attend are also eligible for the special discounted rate

responsible for their own travel, lodging, parking, and dinner
expenses/arrangements. A block of hotel rooms will be available as a
special rate for the nights of February 3rd and 4th,
