SESSION IS FULL

This session will present a clear and compelling behavioral model of principals who were very successful in overcoming significant challenges in their schools (e.g., gangs and violence, adult-centered cultures, poor academic performance, failed change efforts, and the belief that underserved students couldn't achieve). Participants will see video of these principals in action and hear from two of the principals who were subjects in the study. The model describes in detail the knowledge, skills, and talents these principals applied to overcome resistance and accomplish sustainable change in their schools. The presenters will share the recipe for applying the skills and talents required for success.
